A 20x8ft shipping container has been converted into a one bedroom home – complete with kitchen and bathroom.
The property is on sale on Ebay for £29,995 and has been manufactured by Cabin Depot based near Chichester.

It also boats a fully-insulated “floating floor” to keep residents tasty warm, along with lined doors.
The home is also fully wired, with eight down lights, six double plug sockets, three dimmable light switches, two extractor fans, one mirror socket, one external light, one external double socket and all TV and wifi fittings.

The item is described as a “Tiny Modern Villa”, weighing just 5,600 lbs and measuring 8ft in height, 19ft in length and 20ft in width.

It’s also waterproof and thermally insulated, with the exterior able to withstand up to 70mph winds.
