ADD DRAMA: Create your own puppet theatre by recycling an old cardboard box. Use the sides of the box as the stage front and cut out a stage opening. Fold paper in a concertina style to create curtains.

Then, encourage your children to make their own paper puppets using paper bags, construction paper and other craft supplies. They can put on their own puppet shows, bringing their imaginations to life.
FACE MASK: Turn ordinary paper plates into a work of art with some simple tricks. Create easy animal masks by cutting out holes for the eyes and mouth. Then use paints or pens to create your child’s favourite animal.
