Administrators of care home operator Four Seasons Health Care are readying to sell the troubled chain in a deal which will provide certainty for thousands of elderly residents.
Alvarez & Marsal, which has been overseeing Four Seasons since its parent companies collapsed almost two years ago, is set to appoint restructuring experts BDO.
