To get the freebie, you first need to sign up to the Boots parenting club.

It doesn’t cost to register, and you can do this on the Boots website or app.

But to get the free baby body wash, you’ll need to have the app downloaded on your smartphone.

This is because the code to get the freebie is activated through the app.

What is the Boots parenting club?

BOOTS’ parenting club is free to sign up to and offers discounts and freebies for mums and dads.

Perks for members include:

  • Eight Boots Advantage Card Points per £1 spent on baby products (excludes infant milks)
  • Free gifts at key stages of your baby’s development
  • Personalised offers
  • Expert parenting advice and tips
  • Exclusive deals and offers via the Boots app

The Boots app is free to download via the App Store or Google Play.

According to Boots, it can take up to three weeks for the code to appear in the app.

Once it has arrived, you’ll need to show this at the checkout when you’re next in store to get the Aveeno baby wash for free.

You can also use it on the Boots website if you’re buying it online.

As you’ll only get one code, you can only claim one free bottle of baby body wash.

The offer is also only available while stock lasts, which means Boots could pull it once they’ve reached a certain number of giveaways.

We’ve asked Boots how many bottles it is giving away, and for more information about where the code will appear in the app, and and we’ll update this article when we know more.

The Sun is also checking if the deal is for new customers, or if existing customers can claim it too.

We’ve rounded up 16 freebies for parents and new mums including nappies, baby wipes and Lego magazines.

Here are 15 ways to get freebies on your birthday including doughnuts, prosecco and luxury beauty products.

We’ve also rounded up retailers, including Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing, that will give you money off if you recycle old clothes.
