A FOUR-bedroom home has gone on the market for just £300k – but there’s a nasty surprise in store for the buyer as the property needs a lot of work.

The two-bathroom property is in a messy state, with rubbish strewn across the floor and grime etched into every nook and cranny.

The home located in the suburbs of Portland, USA, appears to have been left in disarray with clothes and old furniture piled high in one of the bedrooms.

The building features a spacious kitchen and a living space with room for all the family, but the entire home is in desperate need of a clear out.

Mould is evident on several ceilings and walls while empty food packaging and rubbish cover the floor.

Despite it’s neat wooden design, the kitchen is full of endless cooking products and dirty laundry.

The living room is littered with carboard boxes and paper, while an old dog mat sits next to the TV.

Another room has its carpet ripped up revealing the mucky floor underneath.

Inside one-bathroom, further horrors await – including a stained toilet.

Meanwhile, the carpet laid through the house is soiled and dirty with stains evident throughout.

But while the house is far from being the perfect, it might appeal for someone with expertise in cleaning and refurbishment.

Estate agents Zillow describe it as being situated in a “desirable location,” sitting just 18 miles from Portland city centre.

The home, however, pales into significance in comparison to one hoarder home which was filmed and shared on TikTok.

The user showed the chaos inside her sister’s property, which is believed to be located in America, after revealing her sibling hoarded for 50 years.

The clip has now been viewed more than 11 million times.

Sibling Rom Deusson said: “It’s been a long time since I uploaded, but I wanted to show you guys something, this is part of what’s kept me away.

“This is not my home. This is the home of direct relative of mine who passed away who would not allow us in her house for over 30 years.

“This is the result of 50 years of hoarding.”
