CURRYS PC  World has released the first wave of Black Friday deals, and there’s a colossal up to £350 off tech.

Their ‘Ready, Steady, Go’ deals have been announced two weeks ahead of Black Friday and are a great chance for shoppers to snap up early deals across laptops, home appliances, electronics and mobile in the Currys PC World Black Friday sale.

Currys PC World’s early Black Friday sale includes savings of up to 68 per cent, or £350 across all categories, including

customer favourites, and big name brands such as Samsung, Fitbit, Tassimo and more.

Shoppers will need to be quick as these early ‘Ready, Steady, Go’ deals will only be available until the 19 November, when we’re expecting more Black Friday deals.

Currys PC World has also promised shoppers that deals in the ‘Ready, Steady, Go’ sale are guaranteed and  that if the price changes on Black Friday, customers will be refunded the difference.

Shoppers can find up to 35 per cent off the Fitbit Inspire 2 plus a free Google Mini; perfect if you’re looking to get fit this lockdown.
Those in the market for a new TV should snap up the Samsung 55” QLED TV with Bixby, Alexa & Google Assistant, which currently has a huge £300 off, down to £1,299 from £999.

When is Black Friday 2020?

Black Friday falls the day after the American holiday, Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is always on the fourth Thursday of November, so Black Friday is the fourth Friday of the month.

That means that Black Friday 2020 will be on Frriday November 27, although some retailers release deals earlier.

Currys launches its own version of Black Friday during deals, the Black Tag event, both online and in-store.

When is Cyber Monday 2020 and is Currys taking part?

Cyber Monday falls on Monday, November 30 this year.

Currys typically slash prices across electrical and tech on Cyber Monday, from laptops to PS4s.

How much does Currys PC World’s delivery cost?

For small items, Currys offers a standard free delivery service which takes 4-5 working days to get your item to you. If you want to pick a specific day for delivery, there is a charge of £10.

Alternatively a next-day delivery service costs £5, unless you want to specify morning or evening which costs £10.

For larger items and appliances, standard delivery starts from free and goes up to a £25 cost. Next day delivery on large items costs £20, or £40 if you want to choose a time-slot.

IT might be tempting to dive in and snap up LOADS of items on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but here’s how you can guarantee you’re getting a good deal.

PREPARE Research the items you want to buy and find out the cheapest price. Websites like PriceSpy, PriceHistory and CamelCamelCamel will give you historical data on prices so you can see how much you should pay.

GET FOLLOWING Follow your favourite shops on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and sign up to its deals newsletter to get the latest on any offers. We post the best deals in our Sun Money FB group too.

CHECK FOR CODES Take a look at The Sun Vouchers, to see if you can get extra savings – be that discounts and vouchers for Currys PC World or hundreds of other retailers.

Does Currys PC World offer any discounts?

Aside from its own vouchers page, Currys does occasionally offer an up to 20 per cent student discount, but not all year round.

The retailer doesn’t offer specific NHS or military discounts either.

There are options to pick up discounts and voucher codes via voucher sites though – including The Sun Vouchers.
