HOMEBASE has launched a huge summer sale with up to 50% off and prices starting at just £4.
The homeware retailer has slashed the price of dozens of items including hot tubs, furniture sets and BBQs.

The discounts range across the sale items, from 20% to 50% off.
However, it’s only a bargain price if you pay the best price, so always make sure you can’t find the item cheaper somewhere else before hitting the buy button.
It’s also worth noting that you may need to pay for delivery charges, so be sure to factor these in.
Below we’ve rounded up some of our favourite items from the sale.
Inflatable hot tub

The Lay-Z-Spa Hollywood Airjet Hot Tub is one of several hot tubs available in the sale.
It can fit between four and six people, and has a 140 air jet massage system.
The tub has its own colour-changing and remote-controlled LED lighting system which shines through the semi-transparent interior, lighting up patterns on the outside.

You can purchase it online, but be aware that you will have to pay a bit extra for delivery.
Alternatively, you can check in with your local store to see if its in stock.

We couldn’t find this exact hot tub for any cheaper elsewhere, the next cheapest price was at The Range for £399, that’s £50 more than the Homebase price.
Gas BBQ

Homebase has also knocked off 50% for this Texas Barrel Four Burner Gas BBQ.
The chain describes the handy gadget as a “go-to for your hosting needs this summer“.
Accompanied by a temperature gauge, hose, regulator and the BBQ everything you need to cook a feast in one place.
It has a porcelain steel wire cooking grate, and can cook up to 25 burgers at a time.
This BBQ is not available for delivery and shoppers will on be able to pick it up in store or order it for click and collect.
We had a look online and found that most gas BBQs like this cost at least £200, for example we found one at Robert Dyas for £209, £100 mire than Homebase’s reduced price.
Lanterns

Another item on sale is a selection of garden lanterns, selling for half their original price.
You can pick up the stylish accessories in two different colours including green and yellow.
The retailer describes the lanterns as “beautiful” and says that they cast a “subtle” light through the textured glass.
It adds: “Perfect for creating an inviting and warm atmosphere in your home or garden.”
They’re made out of glass and metal, each is 15.5cm.
You can only pick them up in store or order them for click and collect.
The most similar item we could find is a pack of three clear glass lanterns for £32 at Next – or £10.66 each, over £6 more than Homebase.
Sofa garden set

Another big saving can be found on this garden sofa set which also has 50% off.
The four-piece set is made up of two chairs, one double sofa and a coffee table too.
Homebase says that the set is easy to assemble and is solidly constructed.
Its description online says: “The rope effect design and padded cushion will add an instant modern feel to your space whether that be a balcony, sun room, lawn or patio.”
Shoppers can choose to either have the set delivered to their home or pick it up in store.
We had a quick look online and found a similar set on Amazon for £577.80 and another set in The Range for £700 – so this is a big saving.
Garden chair

Homebase has slashed the price of its Acapulco Adult Garden Chairs by 50% as well.
Shoppers can choose between a variety of colours including blue, green, orange, and white.
The stylish chairs are made out of rattan and are said to “add character” to any garden.
They can be stacked up to save room in your space and don’t require any assembly.
You can pick up one of the chairs in store or via click and collect – plus you can get it delivered too.
Chairs like this can cost as much as £75 in Ikea, although we did find one for £55 on Amazon – either way Homebase’s £30 price is still a huge discount.
Sun lounger

The Siesta Sun Lounger also comes in a few different colours, including blue, orange and green.
Each colour lounger is discounted by 50% and now only cost £25 each.
It comes with a removable pillow and the weather-resistant textile seat provides a comfortable area when lying on the lounger.
The folding construction means it can easily be transported around your garden or on holiday.
Homebase calls it “a perfect addition for summer time”.
The chairs are available for click and collect or pick up in shop.
We had a look around online and found lounger of a similar design and look can cost anything from £32, such as one at Habitat, with some costing as much as £53 at Argos.
Homebase isn’t the only retailer which has slashed prices for summer lately.
