Once signed up customers will have free rein for the duration of the trial with an option to sign up when it comes to an end.

For anyone opting for PureGym, customers will have full access to their nearest branch and are welcome to join any classes for free.

Those looking at Village Gym will benefit from access to the gym facilities, as well as their heated swimming pool, sauna, and classes.

The offers are only available if claimed before the new year, so those looking to take advantage of the offers will need to act fast.

And that’s not the only way Brits are saving money in preparation for the new year, with a whole multitude of clever ways to keep costs down for 2024.

One of which is the ’round it up’ method, which quite simply just means to round up any purchase to the next £10.

For example, if you purchase something for £28.50, round it up to £30 and stash the additional £1.50 in a savings pot, then rinse and repeat all year.

And a second way is the 1p savings challenge, which would be perfect to start on January 1.

Essentially, you start by saving 1p on day one, 2p on day two, and continue to add 1p per day throughout the year, this can build up to a total of £671.61 by the end of 2024.

As well as saving money, there are plenty of money-making side hustles popping up that cash-strapped Brits can get involved in.

Mystery shopping, online surveys, product testing and even being paid to watch TV are all viable options.

Websites like Theviewers.co.uk put together research panels for broadcasters to get feedback for current productions.

There are even free postcode lotteries for those who are too busy to pick up extra work.

Pick My Postcode is free to enter and all you have to do is enter your postcode for a chance to win large cash prizes.
