SONY is doling out two free games to PS Plus members on PS4 in February 2021 – as well as a PS5 freebie to boot.

Better still, you’ll get to keep the games for as long as you’ve got a membership, as long as you claim them before the offer expires.

PlayStation Plus – what is PS Plus?

PS Plus is a premium subscription service for PS4 gamers.

It gives you access to online multiplayer as well as exclusive discounts across the PlayStation Store.

But it also nets you two hand-picked PS4 games to download and play each month, which remain available as long as you’re a member.

Many PS4 owners will subscribe to PS Plus for the multiplayer alone, so the free games are a pleasant bonus.

PS Plus free games for February 2021 revealed

There are three free games this month, if you’ve got a PS5.

The first game is only available on the PS5, and it’s brand new to boot.

Destruction AllStars is a vehicle-based battle-arena multiplayer extravaganza.

It looks great and truly wild, aptly described as “metal-crunching” by PlayStation.

For PS5 and PS4 owners, you can also bag Control: Ultimate Edition.

It’s a supernatural third-person action adventure from the makers of Max Payne and Alan Wake.

Lastly (and also available on PS4) you can claim Concrete Genie.

It’s an arty action-adventure where you wield a magic paintbrush in a bid to return a once-bustling polluted seaside town to its colourful former glory.

All prices in this article were correct at the time of writing, but may have since changed. Always do your own research before making any purchase.

In other news, The Sun’s favourite alternative to a games console is the Oculus Quest 2 VR headset.

Grab a VR headset and you’ll be able to play the legendary Beat Saber – like Guitar Hero, but with lightsabers.

And Dell’s Alienware R10 Ryzen Edition is a gaming PC powerhouse that crushes both the new consoles.
