“Wow I want this,” one shopper declared.

We found the “cosy” bedding online and a king duvet usually costs £28 and a double is £25, while a single is £20 – so Tesco’s price is a major saving.

The £9.75 price is available both online and in-store at the moment.

However do bear in mind that when prices are reduced by this much it’s usually in order for stores to clear excess stock, so prices and stock will vary from store to store.

It’s always best to phone ahead to your local shop to check what they have available to avoid disappointment.

You can find your nearest Tesco store using the locator tool on the website.

It always pays to compare prices so you know you’re getting the best deal.

It comes as temperatures have dropped again this week and people are looking for ways to stay warm without putting the heating on.

Cosy duvets and blankets like this can really help keep you warm but they can be pretty pricey.

We had a quick browse online and found Dunelm is selling a Teddy Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set for £18.90 at the moment.

Debenhams is also selling a Reversible Teddy Duvet Cover with Pillowcase for £18.99.

Elsewhere, Littlewoods has a Silentnight Super Soft Teddy Fleece Duvet Cover Set for £31.

Unsurprisingly, Tesco’s price is the cheapest we could find for a teddy fleeced duvet online.

As always before committing to a purchase we recommend having a shop around first – there’s never a bad time to bag a bargain.

You can use handy tools like Google Shopping to compare prices of online retailers to make sure you’re getting the deal.

Remember that prices can vary from store to store depending on stock levels and promotions on at the time.

When shopping online always remember to factor in delivery charges.
