The KFC deal on hot wings launches today, January 4

While fried food lovers can splash out on a sharing bucket at KFC, you can’t normally buy a bucket of hot wings.

The offer is available to buy from today (January 4) until January 31 2021.

The return of the hot wing buckets will be a comfort to those who will miss the Christmas menu, which ended yesterday.

From today, the gravy burger and gravy double buckets are no longer available to order.

A limited run of the 20 hot wing bucket deal is a regular feature on the menu but it hasn’t been seen since January 2020.

The deal was first spotted on the HotUKDeals forum and KFC has since confirmed to The Sun it will be going ahead.

Diners will be able to upgrade their meal for £2.29 if they want to add two large sides, such as fries and coleslaw.

Unlike previous years, the deal will only be available on orders made at a KFC restaurant, either for eating in, take away and drive through.

You won’t be able to order them through delivery.

The majority of KFC restaurants are currently closed to diners who want to sit inside to eat their meals in line with the government’s coronavirus restrictions.

Most of England has now been moved into Tier 3 and 4 , which means restaurants and pubs can only stay open for takeaways.

You can find your nearest branch and its opening hours using the locator tool.

Fried chicken fan Kyle Gibson virtually demolished KFC’s entire menu in one sitting after spending £80 on the grub.

Plus, this KFC customer reveals how to turn a bulky dinner box into a more suitable takeaway plate.
