KFC is bringing back its popular boneless bucket deal where chicken fans can bag 10 mini-fillets for £4.99.

Chicken lovers will have to act fast though as the deal will only be available from KFC between March 1 and March 28.

KFC’s boneless bucket is coming back to the menu

The boneless buckets aren’t a permanent menu fixture but when it first ran the deal in July, the price dropped to under a fiver down from £10.

Outside the deal, the next best comparison is a Dipping Boneless Feast that comes with four regular fries, two large sides and a large bottle of drink.

An eight-piece deal will set you back around £15.99 or a £18.99 for a 12-piece meal, according to Burgerlad.com.

Customers can save over a tenner in the offer, although you’ll have to pay extra if you want sides to go with it.

For example, regular fries will set you back £1.29 on top of the deal, while a regular coleslaw costs £1.29.

If you can’t wait that long, KFC is currently offering 10 pieces of original recipe chicken for £10, down from £19.90 usually.

Cluckily (sorry, we couldn’t help it) you can still get your chicken fix during lockdown as almost all branches have stayed open for takeaway and delivery.

You can also still order from its drive-thru, arrange to collect through the KFC app or get it delivered with Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats.

If you do choose to get your food delivered, remember you’ll have to pay a fee for the service, which varies by company and how far away from the restaurant you are.
