STARBUCKS is shaking up its menu within days and there are eight new food and drink options to choose from.

The giant coffee chain is introducing two fresh hot drinks and five new sweet and savoury bites to its offering in the new year.

From January 4, caffeine addicts will be able to get their hands on the new 200 calorie almond biscotti oat latte, with prices starting from £4.30.

Customers looking for the same but colder can opt for a 158 calorie iced version from £4.30.

Both combine the classic biscotti biscuit flavour with espresso coffee and oat milk.

Meanwhile, fans with a sweeter tooth can pick up a golden caramel white hot chocolate, coming in at £4.35 and 316 calories.

The sweet beverage is topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel flavoured sauce.

Foodies will be able to grab five new additions within just days too.

Starbucks is introducing egg white bites with cheese, roasted red peppers and spinach from £3.65. The savoury snack has 162 calories.

Anyone looking to grab a sweet and cold brekkie on the go can snap up the new mango and pineapple overnight oats too – from £3.40.

The 301 calorie option combines mango and pineapple compote with vegan overnight oats and shredded green apple, topped with toasted coconut and diced apricot.

Also featuring on menus for the first time is the almond biscotti cookie, with prices starting at £2.65.

The butter and brown sugar biscuit is topped with roasted almonds and white chocolate, coming in at 340 calories.

The 168 calorie cookies and cream cake pop, from £2.40, and caramel white chocolate blondie, from £2.65 and 321 calories, are also new to menus.

The bite-sized cookies and cream cake pop combines vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and a cookie and cream biscuit crumb, all dipped in white chocolate and dusted with biscuit crumb.

The blondie features caramel and white chocolate chunks, all topped with a marbled caramelised white chocolate.

Meanwhile, the berry crunch yoghurt pot and cheese and Marmite mini ciabatta are both back, from £3.40 and £3.90 respectively.

The ciabatta comes in at 352 calories while the yoghurt pot has 200.

  • Caramel white chocolate blondie – from £2.40

Prices of the new and returning items may vary depending on location.

You can pick them up via the Starbucks app, Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats.

Bear in mind some delivery platforms will charge you more than others though.

The menu shake-up is also available across all of Starbucks’ more than 1,000 UK stores and drive-thrus.
