POKÉMON has just released a huge new update that has added hundreds of Pokémon into the game.
People were excited to see 25 legendaries return to the game, but there is one extra legendary that wasn’t revealed.

Players of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet have had a whole weekend to play The Indigo Disk, the latest DLC pack.
But it took almost that entire time for players to find the Mythical Pokémon from Generation 5, Meloetta.
Players knew that Meloetta was in the game thanks to data mining, but the details didn’t reveal how to obtain it.
However, we now know how to catch this mythical, and you can grab Meloetta for yourself in The Indigo Disk.

Indigo Disk: How to find Meloetta
Meloetta can be found east of the Outdoor Classroom in the Coastal Biome.
You can find it in a plain with two large trees marked on the map. There is a bush between these two trees where you can encounter Meloetta.
In order to spawn Meloetta, you must look for this bush. You can recognise it as there is a leafy whirlwind surrounding the area.
Here you have to spin the left stick until your character starts to do a pirouette.

You need to keep the pirouette for at least 10 seconds. Also make sure that you are spinning in the same direction as the whirlwind.
After 10 seconds, you can stop spinning and open up the camera app within the game.
You need to change the selfie mode with the Y button, and the switch to the Sepia filter by pressing left on the D-Pad.
When this is done, spin around with your camera and look out for Meloetta in the background.
Once you have caught it on film, you will be able to close your camera and encounter it in battle.
