Among the new sweet and savoury treats landing is the never-before-seen Big and Cheesy burger, plus the Big and Cheesy with bacon.

Also launching for the first time is the Galaxy Caramel Pie, a fresh take on the classic apple pie.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a festive McFlurry – the chain is introducing a new variation on its Galaxy ice creams.

If you’re not a fan of change don’t worry because there are some returning favourites too, the Chicken Big Mac and the Cheese Melt Dippers are back.

Fancy giving these items a go? You’ll need to be quick as they’re only sticking around for six weeks until January 3.

The new Big and Cheesy burger is made up of a large 100% beef patty, two slices of cheese, red onions, and crispy onions.

It’s all topped in a cheese sauce and sandwiched between a toasted flour-dusted bun.

You can buy the burger on its own for £5.49 or £7.29 as a meal with a side and a drink.

If you’re looking to take it up a notch though, why not give the Big and Cheesy with bacon a go to.

Fans can grab it for £6.29 by itself or £8.09 as a meal.

Coming back for a third time is the sell-out Chicken Big Mac which has proven a huge hit with fans since it first debuted in 2022.

It’s a twist on the classic Maccies Big Mac with its triple-layered bun, two chicken patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles – and of course the Big Mac sauce.

The burger costs £4.79 for a single and £6.59 for a meal.

Back again for the festive season are the popular Cheese Melt Dippers, made with Camembert and served with a rich tomato dip.

You get four in a pack for £2.59 or £6.89 for a Sharebox of 15.

Not only that but the McDonald’s Chicken Combo is also hitting restaurants for the first time.

This festive feast was launched on delivery platforms earlier this month and includes 10 Chicken Selects and a 20 Chicken McNuggets Sharebox.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, there are three sweet treats to choose from this festive season.

Fans of the axed Chocolate Pie and Toffee Apple Pie will no doubt be excited to give the new Galaxy Caramel Pie a go.

It’s a Galaxy-flavoured caramel sauce encased in a crispy chocolate pastry and costs £1.99.

There are two new Galaxy McFlurrys as well, one swirled with chocolate sauce and one with caramel, and both are topped with Galaxy stars.

Both cost £1.49 for a mini-size and £1.99 for a regular.

Fans have taken to social media reacting to the new menu.

One wrote: “The Big and Cheesy also sounds delightful and boy have I missed the Cheese Melt Dippers.”

Another said: “Cheese Melt Dippers. I’ve waited allll year! Woop.”

A third commented: “Cheese Melt Dippers are a different level of pure happiness, who needs antidepressants when you’ve got Cheese Melt Dippers.”

And a fourth wrote: “I can’t wait!”

While a fifth said: “CHICKEN BIG MAC IS COMING BACK OMG.”

And another fan posted: “I’ll take it all.. best menu ever.”

Some fans have taken to social media in recent days to express their disappointment that certain items are “missing” from this year’s winter offering.

One claims “Christmas is ruined” after finding out that their festive favourite has been left off.

While another says “it’s not Christmas without it” about a popular McFlurry also being missing.

We gave the Christmas menu a go before anyone else and found one sweet treat is a 10/10.

Plus, we also tried all of the major coffee chains’ winter hot drinks and a favourite tasted just like Nutella in a cup.
