This potential North Lanarkshire millionaire bagged the whopping fortune in the EuroMillions European Millionaire Maker draw on October 31 2023.

The winning code for this punter was VCVX 86421  –  and the lucky ticket-holder has until April 28, 2024 to claim.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery said: “If you bought a EuroMillions ticket in North Lanarkshire for the draw on 31 October, it’s time to look everywhere – in the pockets of clothes you might have been wearing at the time, bags, in the car, wallets and purses and in that sideboard or drawer where we all tend to put bits and pieces – and check your tickets.

“Do you live or work in this area, do you have family and friends there who you were visiting or were you just passing through?

“We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and pay out their life-changing prize – imagine the possibilities for them. We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.

“To try to jog EuroMillions players’ memories, the draw fell on Halloween. Were you out with the kids trick or treating?

“Elsewhere, interested football fans may remember that North Lanarkshire Scottish Premiership side, Motherwell, were in league action on the day after the draw – on 1 November – unfortunately falling to a 4-2 defeat to Aberdeen at Fir Park.”

Players can check their tickets online through the National Lottery app or on the website.

It’s also possible to buy and check tickets in a shop that sells them.

If you take a punt online, your ticket will be checked automatically, and an email will be sent alerting you of your jackpot.

You can also scan your retail tickets on the National Lottery app to check if you’re a winner.

“If you have the winning ticket call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 to claim,” added Andy.

The jackpot will be donated to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK if no one claims by Wednesday.

These include hundreds of small projects in local communities.

To date, over £47billion has been raised for National Lottery Good Causes, with more than 670,000 individual grants awarded.

It comes as a couple who won £60,000 on the People’s Postcode Lottery were able to double their winnings.

Susan and Colin Tallon from Warrington, Cheshire, were able to take home twice the £31,250 prize on a massive fluke.

Meanwhile, another lucky punter who scooped a life-changing jackpot has revealed what he will buy first – and it’s not for himself.

Myke Brooke, from Pensett, Dudley, had almost given up entering the Postcode Lottery when he bagged an eye-watering £90,909.

Plus, a man who won a staggering £76million lotto jackpot shocked listeners with his very British reaction.
