NOW TV Black Friday Live deals

NOW TV has released its broadband deals for this year, and they’re cheaper than parent-company Sky’s Black Friday broadband deals.

Sky is offering it’s Superfast Connection wifi for £25 per month with a slower download speed of 56Mbps, compared to NowTV’s Super Fibre which costs £24 per month, with a download speed of 63Mbps.

However, the Sky deal is 18-months, compared to NowTV’s 12-month, so you’ll get a cheaper price for longer with Sky.

Here are all the NOW TV deals:

Brilliant Broadband £18pm

  • £18pm for 12 months, average download speed 11 Mbps, £5.00 delivery fee, free anytime calls for 12 months – buy here

Fab Fibre £22pm

  • £22pm for 12 months, average download speed 36Mbps, £5.00 delivery fee, free anytime calls for 12 months – buy here

Super Fibre £24pm

  • £24pm for 12 months, average download speed 63 Mbps, £5.00 delivery fee, free anytime calls for 12 months – buy here

When is Black Friday 2020?

Black Friday will be on November 27 for this year.

The date of Black Friday changes because it is always the fourth Friday of the month – the day after Thanksgiving in the US.

Last year NOW TV launched its sale the day before Black Friday, but we don’t yet know if it plans to do the same this year.

When is Cyber Monday and will NOW TV be taking part?

Cyber Monday always follows Black Friday – this year, that makes it on November 30.

Most retailers that offer Black Monday deals usually offer Cyber Monday deals too and NOW TV is likely to follow suit.

What to expect from NOW TV’s Black Friday sale:

There has not been any official announcement on what NOW TV is planning for this year as yet.

Last year NOW TV’s Black Friday sale knocked up to 60 per cent off of TV bundles, so look out for big savings again this November.

Entertainment and Cinema bundles, as well as deals on the company’s Sports passes, are likely to be the most popular.

NOW TV also offers a broadband service, and we’d expect good value offers to be a part of any announcements.

What was in the sale last year?

The streaming giant knocked down the price of its 12-month Entertainment Pass and Sky Cinema bundle to £99, instead of £252.

While a three-month package for the same programmes was reduced to £29.99, down from £63.

NOW TV also had a one-month bundle priced down to £14.99 from £20.98.

In terms of value per month, the 12-month deal was the best option, as it worked out at £8.25, compared to £9.99 for the three-month deal.

NOW TV’s broadband deals are also non-contract, and there is an additional £5 delivery fee for hardware on top of the monthly cost.

Does NOW TV offer any discounts?

NOW TV doesn’t offer and direct discounts to students, NHS workers or military personnel, but it does offer student discounts through Unidays and Studentbeans.
