High-frequency treatments are often used to fight acne by attacking bacterial inflammation, and this wand brings that salon treatment home. The Skin Gym one is on the higher end. There are cheaper ones out there, but we haven’t tried them and are unsure if they’re safe to use, so we welcome this slight discount.

Foreo UFO Mask Infusing Facial Device for $129 ($70 off)

Foreo, Sephora, Dermstore

We recommended the Foreo UFO in our Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gift guides. The small, handheld device can be customized with an app to add heat, cryotherapy, vibrations, and LED lights to your otherwise basic skincare routine.

First Aid Beauty Intense Hydration Ultra Repair Cream Moisturizer for $15 ($27 off)

Sephora

Sephora is having a huge Black Friday sale, but this cream is a standout. It’s great for face and body when you need extra moisture to heal especially dry and sensitive skin. It’s particularly useful during the winter months.

Mighty Patch Original Pimple Patches for $10 ($3 off)

Hero Cosmetics

Mighty Patches are the superior pimple patch in my opinion, and during Black Friday all the options are 20 percent off. The Originals are best for most people, but there’s large patches, an extra invisible option, and a variety pack. I also love the Rescue Balm when I give in and pop or pick a pimple.

ZitSticka Killa Kit Pimple Patches for $27 ($9 off) and Press Refresh Masks for $27 ($9 off)

ZitSticka

Frankly, ZitSticka is far too expensive for the amount of product you’re getting—eight patches and five masks in these kits. But they are nice. The patches have microdarts for those deep, cystic pimples that far outstay their welcome. The Press Refresh masks are made of cooling hydrogel, and did actually calm a full-cheek breakout that I (Medea) recently had.

Gift With Purchase at Elate Cosmetics

Elate Beauty

Elate is unfortunately not having a typical percentage-off sale, but the company is planting one tree for every product purchased (typically it does one tree per order). Plus, there are some free gifts with purchases of $60 or more. We like Elate’s products, and its ethos. The company uses sustainable packaging and creates as little waste as possible.

T3 Lucea ID Hair Straightener for $176 ($59 off)

T3Micro (Enter HOLIDAY25 at Checkout)

This is one of the best flat irons I (Medea) have ever tried, and part of an upcoming beauty gift guide. Its digital display has settings for hair texture, length, and if the hair is color treated in order to automatically set the right temperature. It makes beautiful curls too.

Miss Jessie’s Curly Hair Products Buy One Get One Sale

Miss Jessie’s

Use code BOGO5020 at checkout for this deal. I went through years of struggling with my curly hair, only to be amazed by every single one of Miss Jessie’s hair products—a company founded by two sisters. My absolute holy grail products, though, are the Leave in Condish and Pillow Soft Curls.

Ulta Black Friday Sale

Like many stores, Ulta is hosting a huge sale. We tend to prefer Ulta over Sephora here at WIRED because its free rewards program translates to actual cash off future orders, and the store sells both luxury and affordable products. (Sephora has a rewards program too, but points are redeemed for samples and trial-sized products.) Here are some of our favorites:

More Makeup Sales

Many of our favorite independent cosmetics manufacturers are having sales. These are some of our top picks.
