Protesters in Bangkok call for new constitution and elections, and criticise monarchy

Thousands of protesters in Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, demonstrated against the government of the former coup leader and prime minister Prayuth Chan-ocha on Saturday, with many also demanding reforms to the powerful monarchy.

“Down with feudalism, long live the people,” was one of the chants.
