Transport body says deal will enable services to continue operating in months ahead

Transport for London (TfL) has secured a bailout from the government worth about £1.8bn.

The capital’s transport body said the agreement would enable it to continue operating services until the end of March 2021. The exact amount of money involved is subject to passenger revenues in the coming months.
