Blink’s first ever video doorbell was only released last month, so we were surprised to see it make an appearance with all the other Amazon device deals in the Prime Day sales.
We were even more surprised to that the latest generation of Echo Dot can be picked up as a freebie.
This double deal is a nice, cheaper alternative to the Ring Video Doorbell and Echo Dot bundle we reported on earlier this week, which costs £59.99.
The battery-powered Blink doorbell is completely weather-proof and is very easy to install, and lets you answer your door from your smartphone or any connected smart device.
Of course, that’s why the Echo Dot is included as a giveaway here: Amazon’s pint-sized smarter speaker can be used as an intercom whenever someone calls at your door.
All Amazon’s smart devices can be connected this way, so if you have plans to build up your smart setup at home, it’s definitely worth taking a look through the Prime Day offers.
These are the highest savings we’ve seen on Amazon’s home-grown household tech since the Black Friday sales last year.
